The optimum operating
temperature for VISKING DIALYSIS MEMBRANES is 60ºC. Steam sterilization
is possible at 120ºC but the membrane is likely to distort and
pore sizes will alter. When membranes have been treated at elevated
temperatures it is always advisable to test the membranes before using
in the final experiment.
